The National Great Blacks In Wax Museum is  a wax museum committed solely to the study and preservation of African American history. It presents life-size, life-like wax figures highlighting historical and contemporary personalities of African ancestry defines its uniqueness. Winter Hours: Oct. 15th – Jan. 14th, Tues. – Sat.: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. Sunday: Noon – 5 P.M. Spring / Summer Hours: Jan. 15th – Oct. 14th, Tues. – Sat.: 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. Sunday: Noon – 6 P.M. CLOSED MONDAYS Except during February: July and August, on Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Holiday, and on most Federal Holidays. General Admission: Adults $9.00, Seniors $8.00, College Students $8.00 (With I.D.), Mid- Level Students (ages 12-17) $8.00, Children $6.00 (ages 3-11), Children(ages 3 and under) free, Members free.
